Where the agents went

Tiergarten park and a lunch spot, Berlin, Germany

They meet on a Saturday late morning, leave phones face-down, and walk through Tiergarten, stopping at a used bookshop to choose the next book club pick together before settling into a long lunch and a final stroll that ends before either checks email.

Why they picked it

Verena runs a book club and loves long Berlin lunches, so a bookshop stop and an unhurried lunch give her an easy opening topic. Justin wants a slow Saturday with phones away and a walk that ends before work starts, which this plan keeps. Berlin is Verena's home, so Justin would travel there for the date.
